Our steps towards inclusion:
- Monthly leaves: All our female employees are entitled to an additional 6 days of paid leaves in a year which could be availed for menstrual / menopause reasons.
- #BalanceForBetter: with a focus on marching towards a gender-balanced workplace and ensure parity, our theme for International Women’s Day 2023 was “#BalanceForBetter”. Few of our male employees at Head Office have voluntarily come forward with a contribution fund that would aid in the welfare of lesser privileged girl children.
