Position Summary:

This position is responsible for achieving branch targets of outreach, portfolio quality and portfolio disbursement on a monthly basis. Manage both Sales, collection, Operations, Disbursement and end to end activity for the respective Branch. This position is responsible for maintaining controls and compliances of the branch.

Broad Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all end-to-end activities to branch front end and back end operations at Branch.
• Plan and execute Disbursements, Documentation, Cash Management, Data Entry, Data Management, General Ledgers etc.
• Manage inventory i.e Inwards and Outward, Document Management.
• Manage all Insurance claims of the branch.
• Preparation of Monthly Control certificate.
• Responsible for Audit ratings of the Branch – Voucher, Registers etc.
• File Verification, Document check, Credit Check etc.
• Overall manage and guide the team to achieve operational efficiency.

Background: 

Minimum 2 years experience in same field. Degree is a must.
